We are Sandi and Arnie Poutala. We have lived on our property in Sandy, Oregon since 1979 and have loved living in a rural setting. We moved to our home with a purpose in mind. Sandi wanted to open a photography studio so we could profit from our land. Together we developed a common theme of Country Living with a Purpose.

We also own Cedar Springs Alpacas as another profit center at our home. While living on our property, we have also developed three other businesses. Je T’aime Photography was opened in 1979 as our first home-based business. Sandi is an accomplished, award winning portrait photographer so one of our out buildings is a photography studio.
Our second business was established when we developed a portion of our property into an outdoor wedding facility

complete with amphitheater seating for viewing a wedding in a picturesque gazebo. Our third business is a bed & breakfast for people who would like to spend a night in a treehouse overlooking a field of alpacas. All of these businesses are consistent with Country Living with a Purpose.
